Help Center
New to 2Help? Here’s how finding and offering help will work, what we’re preparing for launch, and where to turn if you need support.
What is 2Help?
Some days you need a hand. Other days, you have something to offer. 2Help brings adults on both sides together, with a focus on making those connections safer and easier to find. You choose who to talk to and whether to go ahead.
2Help provides the technology but does not ordinarily perform, direct, insure, or guarantee the help. Read the Terms of Service and User Agreement before participating.
When can I use the mobile app?
We’re preparing the iOS and Android apps for release in October 2026, followed by a local pilot in Israel in November. The launch is still ahead; availability will depend on release readiness and store approval. Follow our news for updates.
Can I ask for help and offer it from the same account?
Yes. You don’t have to choose one role forever. Use the same account to describe what you need and what you can offer, and change that information as life changes. A skill that comes easily to you could make someone else’s day much easier.
Is the help free or paid?
It can be either. Some people volunteer their time or skills; others offer paid services or ask to have expenses covered. Be clear from the start. Before agreeing, discuss the scope, timing, location, price or expenses, and safety conditions directly with the other person.
Who may create an account?
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into an agreement, and permitted to use the Platform under applicable law. Use accurate account and profile information and keep your authentication methods secure.
Are my telephone number and email visible?
No. 2Help does not display the telephone number or email address collected for registration to other users. Other users can see information you deliberately add to visible profile fields, content, or messages, so do not publish contact information unless you intend to disclose it.
How should users agree on help?
Before accepting, record the scope, date, location, free or paid status, exact price or expenses, materials, known hazards, credentials, and cancellation terms in Platform messages. If an important term changes, obtain the other user’s agreement before proceeding.
Does 2Help verify every user?
Not every account has the same checks. A phone or email check confirms access to that contact method; it is not a full identity check. A 2Help verification badge is a separate, 2Help-managed status. Look at the exact check described, not just the word “verified.”
Profiles, badges, ratings, matches, and location displays are not identity, background, license, insurance, or safety guarantees. Independently verify information material to your decision, especially for in-home, regulated, professional, transport, care, or high-risk activity.
What does the AI do?
Our AI is being developed to help you find relevant people and flag suspicious requests or patterns, such as pressure to send money or share a verification code. It is still being tested and works alongside reporting tools and human review. It cannot catch every risk.
You stay in control of whom you speak to and whether you accept help. If something feels wrong, stop, block or report it. You don’t need to wait for an AI warning.
What should I do if I feel unsafe?
For immediate danger, leave if you can do so safely and contact local emergency services. 2Help is not an emergency service.
For non-emergency concerns, end the interaction, use in-app block and report tools where available, preserve relevant messages, and email support@2help.app. Review the Safety Center.
How do I report a user or content?
Use the report control associated with the profile, content, or conversation where available. You may also email support with the relevant account, approximate date, and a factual description. Do not send authentication codes, passwords, full payment credentials, or unnecessary identity documents.
2Help reviews reports using context, severity, harm, and history. We may remove content or restrict an account, but privacy and security obligations may prevent us from sharing details of an investigation.
How do I block or unblock someone?
Use the block control available from the relevant profile or conversation. Blocked accounts can be reviewed from Profile → Settings → Blocked accounts. Blocking is a personal safety control; separately report conduct that may violate the Community Guidelines.
Can I send or receive payments through 2Help?
Not yet. P2P payments are planned as a next step, with October 2026 as our target. They are not part of the October mobile release, and their introduction will depend on payment-provider and regulatory readiness.
What if there is a payment or performance dispute?
Keep the agreed terms and evidence in Platform messages and communicate in good faith. If a supported payment provider was used, follow its dispute deadlines and process. If users arranged payment independently, they are responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and enforcement between themselves. A report to 2Help does not pause deadlines imposed by a provider, insurer, regulator, or court.
How do I change notification and privacy choices?
Open Profile → Settings to manage profile information, location and visibility, matching, notifications, linked accounts, blocked accounts, and other available controls. Device-level permissions for location, photos, and notifications can also be changed in the operating-system settings.
How do I obtain a copy of my account data?
In the app, open Profile → Support & legal → Request account data. When the export is ready, return to the same area to download it before the link expires. For assistance, email support@2help.app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. Review the impact shown by the app, enter the requested confirmation, and complete deletion. This permanently closes the public account and signs out active devices. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete the account.
If you cannot access the app, email support@2help.app with the subject “2Help account deletion request.” Send the request from the registration email when possible, or identify the registration telephone number. Never send an SMS verification code or password. We may ask for limited additional information to verify account ownership.
Account-associated information is deleted or de-identified from active use, subject to limited retention required for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, financial records, and legal compliance as explained in the Privacy Policy.
How do I appeal an enforcement or privacy decision?
Email support@2help.app with the account identifier, the decision, relevant context, and the resolution you request. Use “Appeal” or “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. Repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, or legally prohibited requests may be declined.
