A social network for real-life help.

2Help is being built for two kinds of people: those looking for help and those ready to offer time, knowledge, skills, or a paid service. Most of us will be both at different moments.

Product information updated 21 September 2026. Store availability will be linked here when the public listings are live.

Built for the connection that group chats leave to chance.

Facebook groups and WhatsApp chats can be useful, but requests disappear, offers are difficult to find later, and language or trust can stop a conversation before it begins.

01

Find the right person, not the right group chat

Requests in Facebook and WhatsApp groups are easy to miss, hard to search, and quickly buried under newer messages. 2Help organizes requests and offers around people, interests, distance, and relevance, with Cards, List, and Map views.

02

Talk across a language barrier

Write in the language that feels natural. Profiles, requests, offers, and chat messages can be translated inside the app, so a useful connection does not have to depend on both people speaking the same language.

03

Safety is part of the connection

AI-assisted fraud signals work alongside profile and identity checks where available, warnings, reporting, blocking, and human review. These layers are designed to make abuse harder to hide, but no online service can remove every risk.

For people looking for help

Your personal network should not decide whether you can find the right person.

Moving, travelling, starting again in another country, or simply facing an unfamiliar task can leave you without anyone obvious to ask. 2Help gives you a structured way to explain the need, discover relevant people, and talk before deciding what to do.

For people offering help or services

Make what you know easier for the right person to discover.

Offer time, local knowledge, a practical skill, professional advice, or a paid service. A clear profile can appear in Cards, List, Map, and natural-language results. Optional Profile Boost can increase eligible visibility, add an accent marker on the map, and unlock a custom cover and frame.

Boost improves eligible visibility. It does not guarantee views, matches, clients, or income.

What the first store release is designed to include.

A practical social product: discovery, matching, conversation, translation, and safety layers. The public store links will replace the current launch sign-up as soon as both listings are live.

Safety, stated accurately

AI can reduce risk. It cannot make risk disappear.

2Help is being designed with several layers rather than a single “verified” badge: profile and identity checks where available, suspicious-activity signals, warnings, reporting, blocking, and human review.

Important boundaries

  • 2Help is for adults aged 18 and over.
  • It is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
  • Checks and AI-assisted signals reduce risk; they do not guarantee that a person, request, or offer is safe or accurate.
  • Professional profiles do not replace checking licences, qualifications, insurance, references, or the terms of a paid service.
  • The first store release does not include a wallet or P2P payments. Payment tools are a separate later stage.
  • Profile Boost improves eligible visibility; it does not guarantee views, matches, clients, or income.
