October: putting 2Help to work
We’re preparing a local pilot to see what happens when people who need help can find people ready to offer it.

After the planned September app release, our next step is a local pilot in October 2026. It’s where we want to put a simple idea to a real test: can we make it easier and safer for people who need help to find those ready to offer it?
Start with everyday needs
A trip to an unfamiliar place. A form that makes no sense. A practical skill you need for an afternoon. Someone who has time to listen. These are the kinds of moments we want 2Help to be useful for.
We’re preparing the app in English, Hebrew, Russian, and Ukrainian. Being able to explain yourself in your own language matters, especially when you are new to a place or unsure where to begin.
Learn from the people using it
The pilot is not just about downloads. We want to understand whether people find relevant requests and offers, whether conversations lead to useful help, and what makes them feel confident enough to respond.
Safety is part of that work. We’ll use feedback, reports, and reviewed cases to improve our checks and AI-assisted fraud detection. A system meant to protect people also needs to recognize when it gets something wrong.
We’ll begin locally and let what we learn guide the next step. The September release will not include a wallet or in-app payments. P2P payments have a separate October target; the pilot and the payment rollout are not the same milestone.
Help us get it right
We’d like to hear from people in Israel who want to try 2Help, volunteers with something to offer, professionals, and community organizations that understand local needs.
You don’t need a big proposal. Tell us about your community, a problem you keep seeing, or a way you could help. Start a conversation with us.
