2Help is getting ready for October
Our new website is live. Next come the iOS and Android apps, followed by a pilot. Here’s what we’re working toward.
Our new website is live, and we’re getting ready for the next big step: bringing 2Help to iOS and Android in October 2026.
The idea hasn’t changed. There are people who need help and people who want to help. Finding each other should be simpler, and trusting the person on the other side should not be left to guesswork.
A place to find each other
The first release is being built around requests, offers, a map, matches, and conversations. Tell people what you need or what you can offer. Find a relevant connection. Agree on the details together.
It could be local advice during a trip, a hand with paperwork, someone to talk to, or a professional skill. Some help is voluntary; some is paid. Not all help is about charity.
Trust is part of the product
Matching and AI are part of our October launch work. Alongside helping people find a good fit, we’re developing AI-assisted checks for suspicious requests and behavior. Those checks sit alongside profile checks, reporting, and human review. The aim is to make it harder for scammers to operate, without losing the human connection that makes help possible.
What comes next
The October release will not include a wallet or in-app payments. P2P payments are a separate next step, targeted for October and dependent on rollout readiness.
We’re also preparing a local pilot in Israel for November. Real requests, real conversations, and honest feedback will show us what works and what needs attention before we grow.
