What "Ask. Offer. Help." means
A trip, a flat tire, a wedding, a difficult form. Help comes in many shapes, and the person who needs it today may offer it tomorrow.

It’s not only about donations and charity.
Sometimes it’s a small thing that changes your day. A local person who knows where to go. Someone who can explain a form. A skill you don’t have, but somebody nearby is happy to share.
Ask. Offer. Help. is our way of bringing those people together. Say what you need. Share what you can. Find each other and take it from there.
A wedding in another country
Imagine flying to a friend’s wedding. You don’t know anyone locally, and a professional makeup artist is beyond your budget. You put out a request. A woman nearby enjoys doing makeup and would love to help.
That is the kind of connection we have in mind: someone who needs a hand finding someone who would enjoy helping.
A rider far from home
A motorcyclist gets a flat tire somewhere in the middle of nowhere. They’re out of danger, but stuck. Someone nearby may have a tool, know a repair shop, or help them work out the next step. Local knowledge can matter as much as a pair of hands.
A person who listens
Sometimes all you really need is someone who listens. Not to fix, not to judge — just to be there. A peer or volunteer may offer that company. When you need professional support, a qualified psychologist is a different kind of connection, with different responsibilities.
A way through the paperwork
You know what you need, but not which form to fill in, where to go, or who can explain it in your language. Someone who has been through it may be able to guide you. For advice about your own taxes, a qualified tax consultant can offer professional help.
You can be on either side
These are examples of the connections we’re building 2Help for, not stories of completed jobs on the app. Today you might need a hand. Tomorrow, something you know could make someone else’s life easier.
Some help is free. Some is a paid service. What matters is knowing who you’re talking to and agreeing on the details. We’re building profile checks, AI-assisted fraud detection, and human review around those conversations.
